Job Description
As an Electrical Foreman, you’ll combine your technical expertise with leadership skills to oversee electrical projects from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards on all job sites.
- Supervise and lead crews on electrical projects, including renovations and new construction.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations and enforce safety standards.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to resolve issues during installations.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4+ years of electrical experience, with proven leadership abilities.
- Active Electrical License (Journeyman or Master).
- Experience managing and supervising crews on job sites.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions.
- U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work permit.

The hourly rate for this position is $40.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
