Job Description

PRST is seeking an experienced Journeyman Tile Setter to join our team for a new construction project. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the installation of high-quality bathrooms and showers in a new build environment.

Job Duties:

Precisely install tiles for shower and bathroom areas according to specifications and design plans.
Utilize advanced techniques to ensure durability, alignment, and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Journeyman Tile Setter, with a strong portfolio of similar projects.
Expertise in cutting, leveling, and securing tiles.
Familiarity with tools, materials, and installation techniques specific to bathroom and shower tile work.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

PARKING: Onsite

TOOLS: Tape Measure, Pencil/Marker/Chalk Line, Speed Square/Carpenter's Square, Level, Buckets, Utility Knife and Scraper, Tile Cutter/Wet Saw, Tile Nippers, Notched Trowel, Rubber Mallet, Tile Spacers/Leveling System, Grout Float, Grout Sponge, Knee Pads

The hourly rate for this position is $26.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
