Job Description

PRST Is seeking an experienced Journeyman Landscaper to join our team and support high-end custom home projects throughout the Peninsula. Ideal candidates have strong hands-on skills in landscape installation, planting, irrigation, stonework, and site prep, along with the professionalism and detail focus required for luxury residential environments. You’ll work closely with project leads and homeowners, ensuring each outdoor space is delivered with exceptional craftsmanship and care. In this long-term, temp-to-hire role, you'll earn $25-$28 an hour, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of landscape construction or installation experience

  • Strong knowledge of planting, irrigation systems, pavers, and general site work

  • Ability to read basic plans and follow precise instructions

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and handle physical tasks

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

  • Experience on custom or high-end residential projects preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $25 - 28/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
