***Full-Time + $130/Day Per Diem***

Ready to take your expertise on the road? PRST is seeking a seasoned Lead Painter / Foreman with strong industrial painting and sandblasting experience to lead crews on dynamic projects across multiple sites.

This is a travel-based role designed for professionals who enjoy working in new locations and leading from the front. You'll spend extended stretches on the road with the opportunity to return home every two weeks — plus earn $130 per day in per diem on top of full-time pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee industrial painting and sandblasting operations
Perform industrial painting and sandblasting on structures, both inside and outside
Rust removal on interior and exterior surfaces
Apply zinc primer and industrial paint coatings
Work on inactive water and gas lines
Ensure all safety procedures and customer-defined safety measures are followed
Coordinate with crew members to maintain productivity, quality, and safety across job sites

Responsibilities

Extensive experience in industrial painting and sandblasting is required
Lead or Foreman-level experience
Strong understanding of surface preparation, coatings, and industrial safety practices
Ability to travel with the crew from site to site and state to state for extended periods
Dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working in demanding environments

Transportation Requirements:

Company vans are provided
Valid, non-expired driver’s license required
Excellent driving record required
Option to use your own truck or van if preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $32.50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
