Job Description

PeopleReady Skilled Trades Division is looking for an Aerial Lift Operator in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. The ideal must have at least 2 years’ experience. The applicant must have experience working on a construction site. The individual mut be able to operate lift to take individuals from floor to floor. Responsibilities

  • Operate lift to take workers from floor to floor on the construction site
  • Responsible for a clean work area
  • Must be able to inspect equipment for safety operating
  • Must be able to perform task for 9 hours a day
  • Be able to speak with others respectfully and be people friendly

Qualifications & Experience

  • • Have at least 2 years of manlift or ariel lift experience
  • • Must be able to operate the lift for 9 hours a day
  • • Must have worked in a construction environment
  • • Must be people friendly
  • • Must have reliable transportation
  • • Able to perform other duties on site
  • • Must be able to start immediately
  • • Able to operate in a safe manner
  • • Certification preferred but not required
  • The hourly rate for this position is $23-$24/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
