Job Description

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking Experience Make Ready / Maintenance to support a project remodeling in the Aurora area. Must be able to pass a background check.Application window will close on 3/23.

Location: Aurora, CO 80011
Pay: $25/hour
Duration: temp to perm
Start: Immediate
Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience
• Install doors, windows, trim, and fixtures
• Work safely in various environments, including heights and confined spaces
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
• 3+ years of maintenance or make ready experience
• Painting, light plumbing, light electrical, fixture replacements
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work entire shift
• Ability to pass background check

The pay rate for this job is $25/ hour.
