Job Description
As an experienced MIG Welder with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support shop projects in an outdoor in the Arvada area. This is a long-term position.
In this MIG welder role, you’ll earn “up to” $19/hour, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities
• Fabricate and mount products.
• MIG weld with wire feed.
• Laying out and measuring pieces to specifications, cutting and shaping material, and assembling and joining the pieces.
• Performing several short welds at strategic locations to secure the position of metal.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly storing tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working with materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ years experience MIG welding
- Weld hood and gloves
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00-$19.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
