Job Description
As a Pipe Foreman with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support local commercial contractors in the Panama City, Florida area with a full military installation rebuild. In this contract-based role, you’ll earn up to $40 an hour based on experience and skillset, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities
- Pipe Foreman performs responsible work supervising and coordinating the activities of utility crews, engaged in the installation, repair and maintenance of underground utility systems
- Capable of motivating crew with an emphasis on: Safety, Quality, and Production
- Proficient in using levels, lasers, GPS to stake and layout construction site and set and check grades
- Plan and order materials needed to build job (Storm, sewer, water concrete usage)
- Responsible for developing a plan for the phase of work
- Understand the project requirements and identify risks and opportunities for the phase of work
- Ensure the team has equipment, materials at work areas for optimal results
- Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for the phase of work
- Possesses good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in reading, mathematics, interpreting construction blueprints and project specifications
- Utilize a computer to prepare daily progress reports, enter daily crew timecards, and to send and receive emails

- • Ability to multitask and supervise numerous crews handling a variety of tasks
