Job Description
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems in new constructions and remodels.
- Diagnose and fix issues like leaks, clogs, and low water pressure in existing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including fire protection, sewer, and steam systems.
- Connect various appliances, such as water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines.
- Read and follow blueprints and technical diagrams to plan and execute installations correctly.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
- Install bathtubs, sinks, faucets, fixtures, etc.
- Run the pipelines for the air to go through to the tubs while also making sure that the base stays waterproof so it doesn't leak through to the wood foundation.
- Will need to solder copper, run gas lines, ABS, PVC, PEX A and PEX B.

Responsibilities
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area.
- Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems.
- Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your job site.
- California Journey Level License and/other certifications is a plus.
The hourly rate for this position is $32 - 35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
