Job Description

As a Project Manager with PRST, you’ll support a Large Commercial Project in Milpitas CA. On this project you’ll earn $40-$50 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Please call our recruiter Cindy 408-712-1614 if interested!

Responsibilities

  • Defining project scope, setting objectives, creating project plans, and developing schedules. 
  • Communicating, managing expectations, and keeping them informed of project progress. 
  • Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Leading and motivating project teams, facilitating collaboration, and resolving conflicts. 
  • Tracking project progress, timelines, and making adjustments as needed. 
  • Ensuring the project meets quality standards and client expectations. 
  • Ensuring all project deliverables are completed, documenting lessons learned, and formally closing the project. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail. 
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions. 
  • Ability to motivate and guide teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • · Must be at least 18 years old.
  • · Must have previous experience working as a Project Manager/Superintendent (10+years)
  • · Must have Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • · Must have Reliable transportation
  • · Must be E-Verify compliant

The hourly rate for this position is $40.00-$50.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
