Job Description
As a Project Manager with PRST, you’ll support a Large Commercial Project in Milpitas CA. On this project you’ll earn $40-$50 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Please call our recruiter Cindy 408-712-1614 if interested!
Responsibilities
- Defining project scope, setting objectives, creating project plans, and developing schedules.
- Communicating, managing expectations, and keeping them informed of project progress.
- Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading and motivating project teams, facilitating collaboration, and resolving conflicts.
- Tracking project progress, timelines, and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring the project meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Ensuring all project deliverables are completed, documenting lessons learned, and formally closing the project.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to motivate and guide teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications & Experience
- · Must be at least 18 years old.
- · Must have previous experience working as a Project Manager/Superintendent (10+years)
- · Must have Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- · Must have Reliable transportation
- · Must be E-Verify compliant
The hourly rate for this position is $40.00-$50.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
