Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking experienced Skilled Tradesmen to assist in the installation of a floor heating system on a construction project. The primary responsibility will be installing ¾-inch flexible tubing throughout the building's foundation as part of a radiant floor heating system.
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, precision, and the ability to follow direction on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

Install ¾-inch flexible tubing across the foundation slab according to project specifications

Secure tubing to rebar using zip ties or fasteners

Route and feed tubing through designated floor channels as needed

Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and securement of all lines

Assist with layout preparation and reading blueprints or layout drawings

Work collaboratively with the installation team and site supervisors

Maintain clean and safe work areas, following all site safety guidelines

Perform other general labor or installation duties as assigned
Responsibilities
Previous experience in mechanical, plumbing, or piping installation preferred
Comfortable working with hand tools and tying materials to rebar
Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans a plus
OSHA 10 Construction Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
