Job Description
PRST is seeking reliable and experienced Skilled Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience using a variety of hand and power tools to assist with construction, maintenance, and repair tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety standards. The Skilled Laborer will work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. We offer Medical, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance as well as Referral Bonuses.
- Operate hand and power tools to perform construction, demolition, or repair tasks.
- Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation.
- Follow instructions, and safety protocols to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience with hand and power tools in a skilled labor or construction role.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and practices.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work long hours - up to 10 hrs
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite daily
- Possession of hand and power tools - preferred
- May be required to take a drug test and background check depending on location
The hourly rate for this position is $21.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
