Job Description
- Hours: Monday – Friday 40hrs
Operate a ride-on Zamboni to clean and maintain newly poured cement floors (training provided)
Perform general labor and “ad hoc” site duties, including:
Moving materials and equipment
Assisting trades as needed
Site clean-up and organization
Following safety and foreman direction - Length of Assignment – year or more
- Employment Type – long-term, temp-to-hire
Responsibilities
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Previous construction labor experience required
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Must be able to follow safety procedures and work independently once trained
On-site training and steady work
Opportunity to learn new equipment and skills - Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field required
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
