Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with construction and installation of the carport and charging station.
Perform minor carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Assist with site preparation, material handling, and general construction tasks.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
Responsibilities
Previous experience operating mini excavators and skid steers required.
Experience digging footers and utility trenches preferred.
Ability to work accurately around underground utilities.
Knowledge of excavation safety and proper equipment operation.
Ability to work independently and follow construction plans.
Additional Job Details:
Ideal Candidate: An experienced equipment operator who is proficient with both a mini excavator and Bobcat and can efficiently handle excavation, material removal, and backfilling for a commercial construction project.
The hourly rate for this position is $26.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
