Job Description
PRST is seeking motivated and reliable Skilled Laborers to join our team on a variety of projects in the Sacramento, Ca. and greater Sacramento, Ca. area, including commercial and residential construction sites. This role involves supporting trades, performing general construction tasks, site cleanup, material handling, assembly, and assisting with installations. Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt between commercial & residential job sites. Professionalism and punctuality is a must!

Responsibilities
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1–2 years of PROVEN construction or skilled labor experience preferred
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Comfortable working in both commercial and residential jobsite settings
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet or knees for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Ability to follow directions and work well with crews and supervisors
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus (not required)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $24/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
