STUCCO MECHANIC NEEDED – 3-Week Project – $25-$35/hr (Orlando 32809)

Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (Dependent on experience, skills, and tools)
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract (3 Weeks)
Location: Orlando, FL (Zip Code 32809 – South Orlando / Sky Lake area)

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Stucco Mechanic / Repair Specialist for an immediate, short-term contract. The project is estimated to last 3 weeks and involves repairing cracks and restoring a concrete stucco neighborhood perimeter wall.

Project Scope:

Repairing structural and hairline cracks along a concrete stucco neighborhood perimeter wall.
Prepping surfaces, applying mesh/lath where needed, and executing scratch/brown/finish coats.
Must be able to cleanly match the existing texture so repairs blend seamlessly with the rest of the wall.

Responsibilities

Proven, hands-on experience specifically with exterior stucco repair and texture matching.
Must have your own reliable transportation to the job site in the 32809 area.
Must bring your own hand tools (trowels, floats, hawks, etc.).
Must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in clean finish work.

The hourly rate for this position is $25- $35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
