Job Description
- Mix and apply coats of stucco, plaster, or cement to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Clean, tape, and fix any damages to walls and ceilings before application.
- Attach wire mesh, lath, or insulation to surfaces to provide a base for the stucco.
- Apply decorative textures, such as sand or pebbles, and create ornamental plaster pieces.
- Erect and move scaffolding to reach all areas of a project.
- Protect windows and other areas from spills and ensure the site is clean at the end of the day.
- Interpret blueprints and work with a construction team to complete projects on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area.
- Have all of the tools of your trade (hawk and trowel for applying the stucco, a float for smoothing, a straight edge for leveling, and various mixers (like a power mixer) for preparing the mixture, hammer, metal snips, etc.) on hand and be able to bring them to your job site.
The hourly rate for this position is $32 - 35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
