Job Description

We are hiring Stucco and Plastering Workers for a new commercial office complex project in New Orleans, Louisiana, starting mid-January. This is a 4–6 month assignment that includes building both the main office structure and an additional storage facility. We are looking for a mix of experienced tradespeople (1–2 years experience) and entry-level workers who are willing to learn.

Responsibilities
• Assist with stucco and plastering work throughout the project
• Mix, prepare, and apply stucco materials
• Use trowels, hawks, floats, and various plastering tools
• Apply scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat
• Perform smoothing, finishing, and texture work as directed
• Work on exterior walls, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces
• Follow daily production goals and maintain quality standards
• Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures
• Support experienced tradesworkers and learn techniques (for entry-level roles)

Responsibilities

Experienced Positions:
• 1–2 years of stucco or plastering experience
• Ability to work independently and meet production expectations

Entry-Level Positions:
• No experience required — must be willing to learn and take direction

All Candidates Must Have:
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Ability to work on ladders or scaffolding when needed

The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $24/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
