Job Description
Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations
Report directly to the General Superintendent and Project Manager
Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, Excel, etc.)
Experience managing project schedules and subcontractor performance
Must have commercial/industrial construction background
Projects include building new gas stations and car washes
Assigned to one jobsite for the duration of the project (no per diem or mileage)
Occasional material pick-up as needed
No overtime during the probationary period
Potential temp-to-hire opportunity after 6–12 months based on performance
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate crews and subcontractors on-site
- Lead day-to-day jobsite operations from mobilization through completion
- Ensure work is performed per drawings, specifications, and union standards
- Enforce OSHA regulations, safety programs, and site-specific safety plans
- Coordinate inspections, schedules, materials, and equipment deliveries
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, and union representatives
- Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress documentation
- Mentor crew members and promote a productive, respectful jobsite culture
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in commercial or industrial construction
- Proven experience with ground-up construction; gas stations or car washes strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of site work, concrete, utilities, and structural construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Familiarity with local codes and inspection processes
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (required or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
The hourly rate for this position is $30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
