LOCATION: King County area (Auburn to Seattle)
PAY: $36-39/hour

Responsibilities
- Perform carpenter duties such as commercial finish carp work, hanging wood and metal doors plus hardware, trimwork, wood and mtsd framing, drywall hang, tape, tearout, etc.
- Support and collaborate with Project Managers on the site logistics development, project schedule, and assist with bidding of work.
- Blueprint reading
- Manage subcontractors and field personnel to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and with high-quality results.
- Perform onsite inspections to ensure standards are met and construction adheres to plans and specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
- · Be at least 18 years old
- · Valid right to work documents in the U.S
- · Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a journeyman carpenter and at least 2 years of construction supervision
- · Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
- · Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds in order to load or unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite.
- · Ability to interact and communicate effectively with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
- · Own tools and tool bags, cordless drill, and skill saw required
- · Valid driver's license required
The hourly rate for this position is $36.00-$39.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
