Demond Ware started his career in the skilled trades as an intern for Contractors Labor Pool during his senior year of high school. With over 30 years of experience, Ware has a vast industry background, covering all aspects of skilled trades. In his current role for PeopleReady, he covers a region spanning southern California, Arizona and Nevada. The knowledge and experience Ware brings to PeopleReady Skilled Trades drive his passion for helping his team succeed with courage and confidence in connecting people to work.
