Toby Karlitz is the senior construction director for PeopleReady’s skilled trades division. His 20-year career in construction staffing has focused on helping customers grow their businesses and assisting craftspeople in building their careers in the trades. Karlitz started as a recruiter with CLP Resources in 2001 and joined PeopleReady in 2005 after the company acquired CLP. Toby is an innovative leader who merges his in-depth construction industry knowledge with PeopleReady’s organizational capabilities to provide the best solution for customers and tradespeople to help connect people and work.
