PeopleReady Skilled Trades 2024 Respect the Craft Program Terms and Conditions

(“Program Terms”)

The PeopleReady Skilled Trades Respect the Craft Program (the “Program” or the “Respect the Craft Program”) is offered by PeopleReady, Inc. & PR Trades, LLC (collectively “PeopleReady” or “PeopleReady Skilled Trades”). The program is open in the United States and void where prohibited by law.

Any individual actively working in a skilled trades position (“Tradesperson”) through PeopleReady Skilled Trades shall be eligible to participate in the Program. Any non-active Tradesperson or any Tradesperson not in good standing are not eligible for participation in the program.

Program Period:

The Respect the Craft Program begins at on the later of (a) January 1, 2024, or (b) the date the Tradesperson works their first shift with PeopleReady Skilled Trades as a qualifying Tradesperson and ends on the earlier of (a) Tradesperson’s date of termination of employment OR (b) PeopleReady Skilled Trades’ termination of the Program OR (c) the date in which the participating Tradesperson has earned all four (4) Milestone Awards OR (d) December 31, 2024, whichever is earlier and/or earliest (the “Program Period”). Any hours worked on a non-PeopleReady Skilled Trades project, including through a PeopleReady branch or through a RenewableWorks project or PeopleReady Marine project, and/or any hours worked outside of the Program Period shall not count towards the milestone awards below.

Any hours worked by any Tradesperson before or after the Program Period shall not be eligible for the Milestone Awards as described below.

Milestone Awards

PeopleReady Skilled Trades Tradespeople shall be eligible to receive certain milestone awards (“Milestone Awards”) based on the number of hours worked by PeopleReady Skilled Trades Tradespeople in qualifying positions during the Program Period.

Only hours worked on PeopleReady Skilled Trades assignments during the Program Period shall count towards the following Milestone Awards.

The hours-worked requirements and awards for each Milestone Award are as follows:

  • Milestone One (1) Award: Five Hundred and Twenty (520) Hours Worked During the Program Period: Merchandise valued at approximately $50.
  • Milestone Two (2) Award: One Thousand and Forty (1,040) Hours Worked During the Program Period: Merchandise valued at approximately $150.
  • Milestone Three (3) Award: One Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty (1,560) Hours Worked During the Program Period: Merchandise valued at approximately $200.
  • Milestone Four (4) Award: Two Thousand and Eighty (2,080) Hours Worked During the Program Period: Merchandise valued at approximately $325.

Each Tradesperson participating in the Program is only eligible to receive each of the four (4) Milestone Awards only one (1) time regardless of number of hours worked during the Program Periods. If a Tradesperson has earned all four (4) Milestone Awards (even if such awards were earned during different Program Periods) such Tradesperson is no longer eligible for participation in the Program regardless of continued assignment hours worked and shall not be entitled to nor shall earn any additional Milestone Awards.

Rights Granted by Tradespeople:

By participating in The Program, Tradesperson understands and agrees that PeopleReady and anyone acting on behalf of PeopleReady or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right and permission to use Tradesperson’s name, likeness, and other biographical information for marketing, advertising, and trade purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.
