PeopleReady Skilled Trades Respect the Craft Program Terms and Conditions

(“Program Terms”)

NOTICE: Update to Program Terms Effective on or about October 01, 2023:

Pursuant to PeopleReady, Inc. & PR Trades, LLC (collectively “PeopleReady” or “PeopleReady Skilled Trades”) rights pursuant to these Program Terms, PeopleReady hereby notifies participants that the PeopleReady Respect the Craft Program under these Program Terms will conclude and terminate on or about December 31, 2023 (“Program Termination Date”).

Tradespeople will continue to accrue hours towards Milestone Awards up to the Program Termination Date.

Eligibility:

The PeopleReady Skilled Trades Respect the Craft Program (the “Program” or the “Respect the Craft Program”) is offered by PeopleReady, Inc. & PR Trades, LLC (collectively “PeopleReady” or “PeopleReady Skilled Trades”). The program is open in the United States and void where prohibited by law.

Any individual working actively working in a skilled trades position (“Tradesperson”) through PeopleReady Skilled Trades shall be eligible to participate in the Program. Additionally, any non-active Tradesperson or any Tradesperson not in good standing are not eligible for participation in the program.

Program Period:

The Respect the Craft Program begins at on the later of (a) May 1, 2022, or (b) the date Tradesperson’s works their first shift with PeopleReady Skilled Trades as a qualifying Tradesperson and ends on the earlier of (a) date of termination of employment OR (b) PeopleReady Skilled Trades’ termination of the Program OR (c) the date in which the participating Tradesperson has earned all four (4) Milestone Awards, whichever is earlier (the “Program Period”). Any hours worked or employment tenure incurred on a non-PeopleReady Skilled Trade project, including through a PeopleReady branch or through a “PeopleReady Renewable Energy” or “PeopleReady Marine” project, shall not count towards the milestone awards below.

If a Tradesperson ends due to their termination of employment and Tradesperson later restarts their employment as a PeopleReady Skilled Trades Tradesperson, such Tradesperson shall no longer be eligible to receive any specific Milestone Awards received during the previous Program Period and will begin the latest Program Period at zero (0) days of employment tenure and zero (0) hours of commercial assignments worked. As an example for clarification, if during Tradesperson’s first Program Period the Tradesperson worked seven (7) months/thirteen hundred (1,300) hours and earned Milestone Award 1 and Milestone Award 2 (as described below), the Tradesperson will begin the subsequent Program Period at zero (0) hours worked with zero (0) employment tenure and shall not be eligible to earn Milestone Award 1 or Milestone Award 2 during the subsequent Program Period(s).

Any hours worked by or length of employment tenure of any Tradesperson before or after the Program Period shall not be eligible for the Milestone Awards as described below.

Milestone Awards

PeopleReady Skilled Trades Tradespeople shall be eligible to receive certain milestone awards and bonuses (“Milestone Awards”) based on the employment tenure and number of hours worked by PeopleReady Skilled Trades Tradespeople in qualifying positions.

Only tenure incurred and hours worked on PeopleReady Skilled Trades assignments shall count towards the following Milestone Awards.

To qualify for the applicable Milestone Awards below Tradespeople must meet both the employment tenure length and number of hours worked during the Program Period. For example, a Tradesperson who has over three (3) month tenure during the Program Period but has worked less than six hundred and twenty-five (625) hours during the Program Period is not eligible for the Milestone One (1) Award. Conversely, a Tradesperson who has worked over six hundred and twenty-five (625) hours during the Program Period but has not reached three (3) month tenure during the Program Period is not eligible for Milestone One (1) Award until the Tradesperson has obtained at least three (3) months tenure.

Tradesperson must have continuous employment tenure and hours worked during the Program Period to earn subsequent Milestone Awards. For the avoidance of doubt and as described above, any Tradesperson who restarts their employment will begin a new Program Period and the hours and tenure will restart at zero (0) for the latest Program Period.

Each Tradesperson participating in the Program is only eligible to receive each of the four (4) Milestone Awards only one (1) time regardless of employment tenure or number of commercial assignment hours worked and/or regardless of the number of individual Program Periods. If a Tradesperson has earned all four (4) Milestone Awards (even if such awards were earned during different Program Periods) such Tradesperson is no longer eligible for participation in the Program regardless of continued employment tenure or commercial assignment hours worked and shall not be entitled to nor shall earn any additional Milestone Awards. For example, if during a Tradesperson’s first Program Period the Tradesperson worked seven (7) months/thirteen hundred (1,300) hours and earned Milestone Award 1 and Milestone Award 2 (as described below), the Tradesperson beginning a subsequent Program Period will not be eligible to receive Milestone Award 1 or Milestone Award 2 and will not earn any award until the Tradesperson has met the requirements for Milestone Award 3.

The requirements for each Milestone Award are as follows:

  • Milestone One (1) Award: Three (3) month tenure and six hundred and twenty-five (625) hours worked = Yeti Tumbler
  • Milestone Two (2) Award: Six (6) month tenure and one thousand two hundred and fifty (1,250) hours worked = $250 Bonus
  • Milestone Three (3) Award: Nine (9) month tenure and one thousand nine hundred (1,900) hours worked = $500 bonus
  • Milestone Four (4) Award: Twelve (12) month tenure and two thousand five hundred (2,500) hours worked = $750 bonus
