Job Description
We have long-term steady work on Anna Maria Island for Carpenters of all levels & experience. This is residential hurricane repair work – from demo to finish. In this role you will earn $18-30hr – actual pay rate will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
In this position you will be working on a variety of different project sites though out the Anna Maria Island. Each site will be in different stages of repair. We are looking for carpenters with experience from rough to finish. All carpenters must be willing to assist as needed related to demo, site clean up etc.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have at least 3 years of verifiable carpentry experience
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Must be able to work outdoors and deal with Florida weather/climate conditions
- Must have a basic hand tool set of: tape measurer, level, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, hammer and power tools such as drill and sawzall
- Must have basic PPE - hard hat, steel toed boots, safety goggles, safety vest & gloves
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00-$30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
