Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Skilled Laborers for a long-term construction project with a leading General Contractor in Lynchburg, VA! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking for steady work, competitive pay, and the chance to expand their skill set while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
Position Highlights:
Long-term project with 12+ months of work available

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate telehandler equipment safely and efficiently (active certification required)
- Perform general construction site cleanup and organization
- Move, stage, and store construction materials
- Assist skilled trades workers with daily tasks and job site needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support overall job site productivity and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Active Telehandler Certification Required
- Previous construction or job site experience preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work well with a team
- Reliable transportation to the job site

The hourly rate for this position is $20-$23/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
