Pay Rate: $26–$30/hr
Job Type: Skilled Trades / Construction
Responsibilities
- Build custom cabinets according to project specifications
- Review build packets with the Shop Foreman before starting each job
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Select appropriate materials and wood types
- Perform quality control before, during, and after fabrication
- Follow established cabinet-building methods and specifications
- Safely operate and maintain woodworking tools and equipment
- Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow OSHA and company safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Experience building custom cabinets
- Knowledge of architectural millwork and cabinetry
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Ability to safely use woodworking tools
- Strong understanding of measurements, angles, radiuses, and geometry
- Knowledge of wood types and cabinetry styles
- Ability to maintain and care for tools and equipment
- Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD experience preferred — training available
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation with required insurance
- Professional appearance and respectful attitude
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a shop environment
- Must maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Must follow all workplace safety and conduct policies
The hourly rate for this position is $26-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
