Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Install interior and exterior metal stud framing according to plans and specifications
• Perform accurate layout using levels, lasers, and tape measures
• Install related framing components
• Build and set door frames, window openings, and partition walls
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project layouts
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work with the team to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Responsibilities
• Proven experience as a commercial metal stud framer or carpenter
• Strong ability to read blueprints, layout drawings, and framing details
• Proficient with framing tools (levels, lasers, screw guns, chop saws, etc.)
• Ability to measure, cut, and install metal studs accurately
• Experience installing top track, bottom track, headers, and backing
• Must have all required PPE and basic hand tools
• Ability to work independently and with a team
The hourly rate for this position is $26.00-28.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
