Job Description
- Conducting detailed walkthroughs to identify any incomplete or unsatisfactory work.
- Performing finish carpentry, including adjusting doors and hardware, installing trim, and other finish work.
- Handling minor drywall repairs and paint touch-ups.
- Installing and repairing various fixtures and components, such as cabinets, windows, and shelving.
- Collaborating with site supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure all punchlist items are addressed promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Utilizing hand and power tools with precision
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a finish or punchlist carpenter on commercial construction sites.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for quality craftsmanship.
- Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and your own basic carpentry tools.
- A positive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- OSHA certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to safety
The hourly rate for this position is $35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
