Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
- Measure, cut, and install baseboards, trim, molding, and other finish carpentry components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Ensure all finish work meets quality standards and project requirements.
- Perform layout work and make accurate field measurements.
- Install architectural woodwork and finish materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Collaborate with project supervisors and other trades to ensure efficient project completion.
Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Finish Carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of commercial door installation, casing, baseboards, trim, and finish carpentry techniques.
- Ability to accurately read tape measures and perform precise calculations.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints and shop drawings.
- Skilled in the use of carpentry hand tools and power tools, including:
- Circular saws
- Miter saws
- Jigsaws
- Drills and impact drivers
- Nail guns
- Levels and laser levels
- Measuring and layout tools
- Ability to make clean, detailed cuts and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

The hourly rate for this position is $35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
