Job Description

Operate a variety of woodshop tools and millwork equipment—including table saws, planers, sanders, gang rips, and jointers—to transform raw lumber into finished products.

Load, unload, and organize lumber and materials to maintain efficient production and smooth workflow.

Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality and accuracy standards.

Follow all safety procedures, daily work instructions, and standard operating protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment.

Assist with the fabrication of product samples or custom components according to detailed specifications or mockups.

Support a team-oriented culture built on efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
Responsibilities
Experienced in operating shop tools and industrial machinery within a woodshop or manufacturing environment.
Background in woodworking, carpentry, or construction preferred.
Forklift Certification a plus.
DOT Certification a plus.
Strong commitment to safety, consistently following all shop and site protocols.
Able to work efficiently and stay focused in high-volume, fast-paced production settings.
Demonstrates attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Dependable and accountable, with excellent communication and follow-through on assigned tasks.
A team-oriented attitude—contributes positively to shop workflow, morale, and productivity.
Highly precise and detail-focused when working on custom or prototype builds, ensuring specifications are met accurately.
The hourly rate for this position is $$20 - $31/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
