Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Perform carpentry tasks in both a controlled factory environment and residential job sites.
- Assist with framing and assembling walls, floors, and roofs using standardized methods.
- Install doors, windows, subfloors, and sheathing, supporting structural and enclosure elements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are accurate, consistent, and ready for the next stage.
- Learn to read and interpret shop and construction drawings for precise builds and installations.
- Safely operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our high standards.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Carpentry experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
- Basic understanding of framing, sheathing, and installation is beneficial.
- Comfortable reading drawings and measuring with precision.
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools (or willing to learn).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
- A team-oriented attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Primary work location: Our factory in Andover, MA.
- Physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials/tools.
- Some overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
