Job Description
- Perform the installation of approximately 9,500 sq. ft. of 4' x 8' polycarbonate panels and Growtex felt medium.
- Accurately measure, cut, align, and install materials according to project specifications.
- Secure materials to vertical wall surfaces using pneumatic stapling equipment and power tools.
- Perform installation activities from scaffolding approximately five floors above grade while following all required safety procedures.
- Safely handle, lift, and position materials weighing 50+ lbs.
- Operate circular saws, drills/drivers, pneumatic staple guns, and other standard carpentry equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project.
- Follow site safety requirements, project instructions, and applicable OSHA standards.
Responsibilities
- Previous carpentry experience required
- Journeyman-level carpenter experience preferred
- SST Card REQUIRED
- Ability to work safely from elevated scaffolding
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Experience using basic carpentry tools
The hourly rate for this position is $32.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
