Job Description
As a finish carpenter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship for renovation projects. Your expertise in trim work, custom finishes, and precision carpentry will be essential to enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of residential spaces.
- Perform finish carpentry tasks, including trim work, custom cabinetry, molding, and detailed woodwork.
- Remodel residential spaces such as basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision to meet design specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and homeowners to bring remodeling visions to life.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety guidelines and project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while handling tools and materials responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a finish carpenter, with a strong focus on residential remodeling projects.
- Deep knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unique project challenges.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions.

The hourly rate for this position is $35-$35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
