Job Description
- Work on exclusive, luxury homes with unique architectural designs.

- Structural wood and steel framing
- Siding, window, and door installation
- Hardware preparation and installation
- Site cleanup and protection to maintain a safe, organized environment
- Meeting task deadlines and coordinating with other skilled teams
- Supporting subcontractors onsite to ensure project timelines are met
Responsibilities
- At least 4 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in luxury custom home construction
- A broad range of carpentry skills, from framing to finish work (finish carpentry is a huge plus!)
- Proficiency with a full complement of basic and specialty tools
- The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Comfort working at elevated heights, in confined spaces, and in inclement weather
- Experience laying out and setting concrete forms
- Familiarity with a variety of building materials
- Knowledge of safety procedures (ongoing training provided)
- Strong communication, team-building, and mentorship skills
- A dependable, motivated, and trustworthy attitude
- Team player, willing to support the sites needs from general clean up, material deliveries, and assisting other subs to keep the project timeline on track.
The hourly rate for this position is $28-$32/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
