Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial carpentry work including form, rough, finish, and trim carpentry
- Build, assemble, and install concrete forms, framing systems, and structural components
- Perform layout, measurements, and interpretation of blueprints and construction drawings
- Install doors, frames, hardware, millwork, cabinets, and architectural finishes
- Complete finish carpentry including trim, molding, baseboards, and detailed woodwork
- Perform commercial framing, blocking, and general carpentry tasks as needed
- Read and follow project plans, specifications, and daily work instructions
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow OSHA safety standards and all jobsite safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Proven / verifiable experience as a Commercial Carpenter
- Strong experience with multiple areas of carpentry:
- Form Carpentry
- Rough Framing
- Finish Carpentry
- Trim/Millwork Installation
- Commercial Build-Outs
- Must have tools of the carpentry trade
- Must have full PPE
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
The hourly rate for this position is $$27. - $32./hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
