Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed & Certified Lattice Crane Operator with strong construction experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for safely operating crane equipment to load demolition materials, load trucks, and support daily jobsite operations.

Job Duties:

  • Operate lattice crane equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload demolition materials and trucks
  • Inspect crane equipment and rigging before operation
  • Safely hook, lift, move, and position materials
  • Operate crane controls to regulate speed and movement
  • Maintain and perform routine inspections of crane and hoisting equipment
  • Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns
  • Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
  • Assist with additional construction duties as needed

Additional Responsibilities (as needed):

When crane operations are not required, the successful candidate may assist with dock and marine construction projects, including:
  • Installing floating docks according to blueprints and project specifications
  • Operating forklifts and other equipment safely
  • Using hand tools and hardware for assembly and installation
  • Supporting crew leads and project managers with construction tasks

Responsibilities


  • Valid crane operator license/certification required
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial, residential, or industrial construction experience
  • Proven ability to operate cranes independently and safely
  • Strong understanding of rigging and load handling
  • Must be able to pass E-Verify employment eligibility requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be willing to travel to other locations if needed


The hourly rate for this position is $40 - $50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
