Crane Operator – Licensed Lattice Operator

Position Overview:
Job Duties:
- Operate lattice crane equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload demolition materials and trucks
- Inspect crane equipment and rigging before operation
- Safely hook, lift, move, and position materials
- Operate crane controls to regulate speed and movement
- Maintain and perform routine inspections of crane and hoisting equipment
- Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns
- Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
- Assist with additional construction duties as needed
Additional Responsibilities (as needed):
- Installing floating docks according to blueprints and project specifications
- Operating forklifts and other equipment safely
- Using hand tools and hardware for assembly and installation
- Supporting crew leads and project managers with construction tasks
Responsibilities
- Valid crane operator license/certification required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial, residential, or industrial construction experience
- Proven ability to operate cranes independently and safely
- Strong understanding of rigging and load handling
- Must be able to pass E-Verify employment eligibility requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing to travel to other locations if needed
The hourly rate for this position is $40 - $50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
