Job Responsibilities
- Paint pipes and other designated surfaces throughout approximately 10 rooms/buildings within the data center.
- Perform basic surface preparation before painting.
- Apply coatings evenly and consistently according to project specifications.
- Use brushes, rollers, and basic painting equipment safely and properly.
- Protect surrounding equipment, surfaces, and finished areas from paint and overspray.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Move efficiently between multiple rooms and buildings as work progresses.
- Follow direction from the project lead and work effectively with other trades on site.
- Follow all site safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial painting experience required.
- Strong brush and roller skills.
- Experience with surface preparation and applying coatings.
- Ability to work independently while following project direction.
- Comfortable walking and working throughout a large construction site.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work safely around other construction trades and equipment.

The hourly rate for this position is $23-$25/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
