Job Description
Seeking Experienced Painters to join our Skilled Trades team on a full-time basis to assist Commercial Contractors on commercial and residential projects in the Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas! In this role, you’ll earn up to $22 an hour based on experience and skillset, enjoy weekly pay, and health insurance benefits. You can also earn up to a $1,500 bonus as part of our Respect the Craft tradesperson recognition program!

Responsibilities
Schedule: 8 hour shifts | 5 days a week | Day shift
Monday through Friday (Saturday & Sunday as needed)
- Apply various finishes to equipment, buildings, bridges, or other structures
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats
- Mixing colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency
- Use brush and roll or spray coat application techniques to paint walls and cut-in as needed
- Apply sound or fire caulk in areas as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Have two years of paid / verifiable experience in the trade
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must have tools of trade and the ability to bring them to work daily
- Able to work at least 40 hours a week
