Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Painter with 3+ years of experience to join our team for a new hotel project. This role will focus primarily on punch list work, ensuring all painting tasks are completed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform touch-up and detail painting, including trimming, finishing, and correcting prior work.
  • Inspect and resolve issues such as uneven paint coverage, drips, or missed areas.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, or priming as needed.
  • Apply paint, stains, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly managed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with site-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience on commercial projects.
  • Proficient in using a variety of painting tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with surface preparation techniques and paint application methods.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation and basic painting tools.
  • Be at least 18+ years of age
  • Ability to work with various trades and assist with organizing materials for the work being completed
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
