- Primarily weekends (Saturday & Sunday), with some Friday shifts
- Shifts range from 8–12 hours depending on project needs
- Floor resurfacing support in designated work areas
- Measuring and layout work (reading tape, snapping lines, ensuring level, plumb, and square)
- Operating walk-behind floor machines
- Assisting with masking and surface preparation
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and job site standards
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand layout fundamentals (level, plumb, square)
- Comfortable working long hours and staying flexible with scheduling
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong teamwork skills
- Must follow strict job site conduct and safety standards (site is fully monitored)
- Must not disrupt ongoing operations—work continues alongside active teams
Responsibilities
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- 1 year of prior experience in the commercial/ residential field
- Must have a passport or Birth Certificate to provide during job start. Required.
- OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Ability to use basic hand and some power tools
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be reliable to all of your shifts
- Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00-$25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
