Position: Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. This role involves overseeing and managing multi-family or hotel electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Experience working Multiple Multi-story buildings with parking garage and pools would be beneficial experiences for 13 months of work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all aspects of electrical contracting projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Oversee and lead project teams, including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and goals.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members.
Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Be at least 18+ years of age
Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience (installer or lead role).
Minimum of 4 years of superintendent experience.
Prior experience in the commercial field preferred (7+years in the trade)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. (OSHA 30 a Plus)
Proven ability to lead a crew tradesmen.
Local candidate with a willingness to travel for future projects. (Travel OK)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid electrician's license or relevant certifications- preferred.
Ability to bend and run conduit
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

The hourly rate for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
