Job Description
Ready to take your plumbing skills to the next level? We’re seeking dependable and experienced commercial plumbers to join our team for the 2nd rough phase of multi-family new construction projects. If working Monday through Friday (with some OT to pad your paycheck) sounds like your idea of a good time, keep reading!
Earn up to $28/hr depending on skills and experience.
Monday – Friday; 7 am – 3:30 pm with over time as needed
Weekly Pay (Every Friday because you deserve it!)
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and layout of plumbing systems during the 2nd rough phase of multi-family construction
- Interpret blueprints and work with the project team to ensure work meets code requirements
- Collaborate with other trades and project leads to keep the project flowing smoothly
- Maintain safety standards at all times (because nobody likes an unexpected shower)
- Tackle other duties as assigned—teamwork makes the dream work!
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial plumber
- Hands-on experience with new construction plumbing, particularly multi-family or large-scale projects a huge plus
- Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Solid communication skills and a get-it-done attitude
- Must have your own tools and proper PPE
- Dependable, punctual, and not afraid of a little overtime
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00-$28.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
