Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking a skilled Commercial Journeyman Plumber for a retrofit office project that involves converting a space into a dental office. The primary responsibilities include running pipes and adding bathrooms to the facility. Pay is based on experience and range from $32 / HOUR – $35 / HOUR. Apply Now!!!
Responsibilities
- Installation and connection of plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and faucets.
- Running and connecting water supply lines, drainage systems, and vent pipes.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations related to plumbing installations.
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate work activities and ensure project success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in commercial plumbing, preferably in retrofit or renovation projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
