- Knowledge of sump pumps, grease traps, grease interceptors, and automatic flush valves.
- Willing to embrace and perform all aspects of the plumbing trade, including service, new construction, remodels, cabling drains, camera location, and digging.
- Familiar with troubleshooting commercial water heaters.
- Knowledge of soldering and ProPress
Responsibilities
- Experienced commercial service plumber with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Mandatory clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR. No more than 2 points within the last 5 years. Points are a combination of major/minor infractions.
- No major infractions (DUI, vehicular manslaughter, reckless driving, etc.
- Typically two points or less for minor infractions (1–14 mph over the limit speeding, accidents, failure to obey signage)
- Must have own standard/basic hand and power tools.
- Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday (2nd shift) or Sunday–Thursday (3rd shift).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Commercial plumbing experience (grocery store experience is a plus).
- ACORN trained.
- Trained in hydro jetting.
The hourly rate for this position is $35 - 50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
