Job Description
- Perform concrete resurfacing and decorative concrete applications
- Prepare surfaces for coatings, overlays, and finishing systems
- Apply epoxy finishes, protective coatings, stains, sealers, and decorative concrete products
- Assist with pool deck resurfacing, garage floor coatings, and commercial/residential concrete projects
- Perform concrete staining, stamping, sealing, and polishing work
- Work both indoors and outdoors in various jobsite conditions
- Mix, move, and apply concrete materials and coating products according to specifications
- Follow company procedures and complete manufacturer-required training
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Learn and apply specialized decorative concrete techniques through customer-provided training programs
Responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to communicate clearly and understand instructions in English
- Must be able to lift and carry 40–50 lb five-gallon buckets of materials in each hand for approximately 100 feet
- Must be willing to work Monday–Friday schedules with occasional Saturdays
- Must be willing to complete customer-provided training programs and certification requirements
- Must be able to pass periodic drug testing
- Must be dependable, honest, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship
The hourly rate for this position is $$20 - $25/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
