- Place, level, and finish concrete for flatwork and structural pours
- Screed, bull float, hand towel , power trowel, edge, and broom finishes
- Set forms, check grade, and slope, and ensure proper drainage
- Apply surface finishes, textures, and sealers as required
- Read plans and work from grades, elevations, and layout lines
- Ability to work effectively with crew members , foremen, and pump operators
- Construct, erect, and install temporary wood, metal , plastic, frameworks.
- Assemble and secure forms, rebar placement, stripping forms, formwork.
Responsibilities
- 18 yrs minimum. Valid RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS to work in the US
- 4+ years of hands-on current experience in the trade
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixes, set times, and finishing techniques
- Strong knowledge of construction, measuring, carpenter tools, and finishing equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
The hourly rate for this position is $28.00-$35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
