Job Description
Residential Masonry Projects:
- Foundations, decorative patios, retaining walls, and custom homes
- Smaller-scale, faster-paced projects
- Close collaboration with homeowners on aesthetic finishes
Commercial Masonry Projects:
- Load-bearing walls, multi-story partitions, firewalls, exterior cladding
- Strict adherence to complex architectural blueprints
- Extensive rebar reinforcement and compliance with commercial building codes
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Steady full-time work until down season (September)
- Temp-to-perm opportunity based on attendance and performance
Responsibilities
- Must be 18 year of age
- must have PPE and reliable transportation
- 2–5 years masonry experience
- Ability to read tape measures and construction layouts
- Skilled in using masonry tools safely
- Strong attention to quality and project deadlines
- Commercial and residential experience preferred
The hourly rate for this position is $$25.00-$30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
