Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring Concrete Workers for a residential project in San Marcos, CA Pay Rate $26 – $28/HR. The paver installers will be cutting and laying driveway installation along with a crew of pavers and laborers. Should be about 4 days of work. All tools will be provided. If you have a wheel barrow, flat shovel, rake and chop saw (those would be helpful).

Responsibilities
- Prepare the ground: Remove debris and level the area to be paved
- Mix and lay concrete: Create a solid foundation for the pavers
- Cut pavers: Use tools to cut pavers to size and shape
- Arrange and lay pavers: Arrange pavers in the desired pattern and style
- Fill gaps: Fill gaps between pavers with sand or other materials
- Ensure quality: Ensure the finished product is level, stable, and meets quality standards
- Maintain tools and equipment: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and report any damage or malfunctions
Qualifications & Experience
- • E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA.
- • Fully tooled and self-sufficient in the trade.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites.
