Job Description

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure project accuracy and quality.
- Will be framing walls, drops, openings, pick up work. Must be fully tooled.
- Perform precision carpentry and finishing work to meet luxury custom home standards, including fine cabinetry, millwork, and trim installation.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and design intent.
- Select and work with premium materials, ensuring all craftsmanship meets or exceeds client and company expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues on-site while minimizing delays.
- Uphold excellent communication with the project manager and client representatives regarding progress and any potential changes.
- Follow local building codes, permit requirements, and best practices for high-end residential construction in Santa Barbara County.
Qualifications & Experience

The hourly rate for this position is $30.00-$38.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
