Job Description
- Installing custom lighting design systems, Lutron automation, high-end fixtures, and motorized shades.
- Setting up lighting controls, automated blinds, security systems, and high-end audio/visual wiring.
- Reading complex, detailed architectural plans and collaborating with builders, designers, and homeowners.
- Executing electrical rough-ins and finishing with high attention to detail for premium fixtures.
- Diagnosing issues in sophisticated electrical systems and ensuring safety code compliance.
- Ensuring clean, accurate installation of conduits and panels to a professional standard.

Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience with luxury residential projects and high-end automation systems.
- Have your own basic hand tools and specialty power tools.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
