- Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams and joints
- Apply joint compound using hand tools and finishing equipment
- Sand and smooth surfaces for a clean finish
- Repair drywall imperfections, cracks, and damaged areas
- Match textures and apply various finish levels as required
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Work on commercial projects including offices, schools, hospitals, warehouses, and tenant improvements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Work independently or with a crew to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum 3-5 year of experience on commercial, residential or industrial construction sites
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
